Lake McQueeney Waterfront

Lake McQueeney is constant level lake conveniently located about 7 miles from New Braunfels down FM 725 or Hwy 46. This is the second lake in the chain of river style lakes. It is just below Lake Dunlap and right above Lake Placid. This lake is most popular for the Lake Breeze Ski Lodge which is a members only club. This club has transformed this lake to one of the most social and most developed lakes in the area. For the most part the closer you are to the Ski Lodge, the higher the property value is. This is similar to valuations of Lake LBJ Real Estate the closer you get to Horseshoe Bay.
