Ashley Buchanan is a key part of the client experience at Hill Country Luxury Group, serving as our Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant. With deep roots in New Braunfels and the Texas Hill Country, Ashley brings a unique blend of local knowledge, organization, and care to every transaction, helping ensure a smooth and seamless process from contract to closing.

Ashley’s journey reflects both her commitment to her community and her passion for serving others. After moving to New Braunfels at a young age, she graduated from New Braunfels High School and later pursued Fine Arts at San Antonio College. Her professional background includes years in the insurance industry before transitioning into real estate in 2013, where she quickly found her calling.

Since joining Hill Country Luxury Group/The Lakefront Group in 2017, Ashley has played an essential role in supporting agents and clients through every step of the transaction process. She works closely with title companies, lenders, and all parties involved to manage timelines, documentation, and communication — helping ensure every detail is handled with precision.

Known for her reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Ashley helps create a stress-free experience for clients buying and selling luxury homes, waterfront properties, and Hill Country estates. Her dedication behind the scenes is a major part of what allows the team to consistently deliver a high level of service.

Ashley lives in the New Braunfels area with her husband and their two daughters, and takes pride in being part of a community she has called home for most of her life.
