Lake Dunlap Waterfront

Lake Dunlap is the closest lake to New Braunfels. In fact, the upper part of the lake is located in the city limits of New Braunfels. It is the longest and largest of the area river-style lakes. This constant level lake has a surface area of 410 acers. Lake Dunlap is followed by Lake McQueeney. Since the Comal River and Guadalupe River's come together just above Lake Dunlap, the water clarity on the upper part of the lake is really clear. If you are looking for the same Hill Country feel as Homes at Horseshoe Bay on Lake LBJ but don't like the price tag that comes along with it then Lake Dunlap is your lake.
