What Frank, Hunter and the team have done can only be described as superhero kind of stuff. Went under contract Wednesday and closed on Thursday. I suppose it was on the market 25 days or so and a lightning quick close. As you said when we started the process, we only needed one buyer, and one buyer is exactly what we found.
